If it’s only three of us it’s okay if we all write in English, but since we have friends all over the world and especially in Bulgaria, those are the dearest to us :P, we should probably write in Bulgarian as well. But is that case it would be confusing for others that to not understand that language, it will become even worse for those that do not read either language.

Asking people to learn English is not a preference either.

So what do you think?

I personally don’t mind practicing English or Bulgarian, I’m comfortable with both.

You’re right, i was also hoping to invite French speakers as well (like Bertrand for example) so it will definitely be a multilingual space… It would be nice if some people volunteer translation or if there is a way to automate some of it. For now we can all try English and if not, we can try to write comments in the language of the original post. As a side effect we will improve our knowledge of other languages 😉

I’d stay strictly in English for international audience purposes. We are a public community thus our discussions become indexable and searchable information with much wider spread over time. Writing in foreign languages is proven to be putting off most of the visitors if solely by the impression that what is important part of the information is an unaccessible thing due to language barrier.
